Resorts World Sentosa

Resorts World Sentosa encompasses over 121 acres (49 hectares) on the island of Sentosa which is situated off the southern coast of Singapore. Universal Studios, a casino, six hotels and an array of fine dining and casual dining establishments are all located within this resort. With so much to offer in one location, Resorts World Sentosa has become one of the most popular vacation spots in Southeast Asia.

Resorts World Sentosa is divided into three zones – Central, East and West. Universal Studios Singapore is located in the East zone and features 24 attractions. The theme park is divided into seven zones which include Ancient Egypt, Far Far Way, Hollywood, Madagascar, New York, Sci-Fi City and The Lost World.

The West zone includes two of the Resorts World Sentosa’s hotels, one of which is Spa Villas, a unique hotel that is comprised of over 30 villas that float on a lagoon. Also in this zone are the Maritime Experiential Museum & Aquarium and Marine Life Park which is the world’s largest oceanarium. Marine Life Park sits on 20 acres (8 hectares) of the resort and is comprised of the Adventure Cove Waterpark and the S.E.A. Aquarium where visitors can see up to 700,000 marine-life residents.

In the Central zone, visitors will find six hotels, the casino, a selection of fine and casual dining restaurants and the Galleria which has premiere shops like Ralph Lauren, Versace and Bulgari.

In addition to theme parks, museums and shopping, Resorts World Sentosa also offers shows for entertainment. In one of its largest theaters, The Festive Grand Theater, patrons can see illusionist Joe Labero perform extraordinary illusions that combine magic, dance, vocals and acrobatics in “Incanto.” “Martial Combat” takes place over a six month period in the Courtyard Ballroom and features the biggest martial arts fighting championship in Asia. Other shows featured in the resort are “Crane Dance” and “Lake of Dreams.”
