Nightlife in Clarke Quay

After the sun goes down, Clarke Quay comes even more alive and is transformed into an exciting night life scene that is filled with plenty things to do. Clark Quay consists of a variety of buildings painted in a medley of bright, whimsical colors that house antiques, restaurants, chic cafes, pubs, bars and so much more. As darkness falls Clarke Quay becomes a breathtaking sight; five blocks of lit-up warehouses that are home to a vibrant bars and clubs scene. There are talented street performers found along the river, and on weekends there are amazing, glowing UFOs that hover and perform over the park.

The restaurants here offer every cuisine you could imagine. Clarke Quay is located on the banks of the river, where the breeze is cool, perfect for fine dining experiences. Wednesday night is always ladies night. Women get free admission to clubs and cafes with other privileges thrown in.

There is something for everyone here; the young and hip like to dance all night at the Attica club or ride the G Max Reverse Bungy and G5 Extreme Swing. They can also be seen partying and dancing out by the fountain.

The 30s and 40s crowd tend to enjoy the clubs with live acts, DJs, dance floors and private lounges that are favorites of many local celebrities. The Zirca Mega Club is definitely one of the top picks. The above 40s crowd often hangout at clubs with a bit more privacy, places like the Sling Boutique which is famous for the Singapore Sling drink.

Everyone delights in strolling along the river and taking in the sights, sounds and smells of all that Clarke Quay has to offer. There is no question that Clarke Quay is Singapore’s best nightlife location. People come from all over the world just to celebrate a few nights here.
