Singapore is noted for being the home of some of the finest chefs in the world. Many of the superchefs in Singapore have worked at the top restaurants worldwide and are highly experienced in the realm of cooking. Their passion is food and they know how to combine it to create the most delicious recipes.

Chef Scott Webster

Remembered as a celebrated chef of many fine dining restaurants throughout the world, Scott Weber settled in Singapore when he opened his new restaurant known as the OSIA, which is located at the Resorts World Sentosa. Scott is a master at creating unique gastronomic and is admired for his a la carte signature dishes of Australian cookery with an Asian accent. Scott uses only the freshest seasonal ingredients and always carries an extensive selection of wines from throughout the world.

Chef Mario Batali

Mario Batali did not complete his culinary schooling at the legendary Le Cordon Bleu in London. However, he is now the master of a successful restaurant kingdom. He is the host of Iron Chef America and the author of eight cook books. Mario has now launched one of his prevalent Las Angeles established Italian restaurants at Marina Bay Sands and is now one of the superchefs in Singapore. The Osteria Mozza is popular for its creative Italian culinary, which includes signature dishes made with fresh ingredients including grilled octopus, burrata and quail, plus there is a fabulous mozzarella bar.

Chef Wolfgang Puck

A well-known name among the realm of the gastronomic industry, Wolfgang Puck redefined the culinary diligence many times over with his groundbreaking flair of cuisine. He proved has talent in several of France’s very noteworthy bistros before venturing out on his own and opened his first eatery establishment in California. Currently, after opening more than 20 successful restaurants, Wolfgang Puck has settled in Singapore with his personal steakhouse restaurant called Cut. It is located at Marina Bay Sands and is considered one of the uppermost steakhouses in the world. His signature dishes consist of ingredients such as bone marrow, blue crab and shrimp and Angus beef from the Snake River Farms of Idaho.

Chef Guy Savoy

When it comes to superchefs in Singapore, the renowned chef Guy Savory is certainly at the top of the list. He is recognized for his modern, creative cuisine, and his signature dishes served include artichoke and black truffle soup, delicately spiced crispy sea bass and a chocolate fondant encrusted with praline and chicory cream. Previously a prized chef of Paris, now the customers at Singapore’s Guy Savory Restaurant get to enjoy a truly exceptional dining experience.
